Sea and Suds Gulf Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound (50/60 count) boiled shrimp, peeled
- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seafood seasoning
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except shrimp and blend well. then mix in shrimp thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
Yield: 4 servings
