Sea and Suds Gulf Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (50/60 count) boiled shrimp, peeled
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seafood seasoning

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except shrimp and blend well. then mix in shrimp thoroughly.
  2. Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.

Yield: 4 servings
