Soren's Restaurant Dilled Potatoes and Sour Cream

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes.
  3. Combine sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Add to cooked potatoes and chill.
