Soren's Restaurant Dilled Potatoes and Sour Cream
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 pound sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain potatoes.
- Combine sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Add to cooked potatoes and chill.
