Spahn's Big Horn Mountain Bed and
Breakfast Buffalo Burgundy
- 3 pounds buffalo (or beef) stew meat
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup burgundy wine
- 1 package onion soup mix
- Cube stew meat into 1-inch pieces. Brown in oil.
- Place ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees F.
- Serve over hot rice.
