Spahn's Big Horn Mountain Bed and
Breakfast Buffalo Burgundy



  • 3 pounds buffalo (or beef) stew meat
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup burgundy wine
  • 1 package onion soup mix


  1. Cube stew meat into 1-inch pieces. Brown in oil.
  2. Place ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees F.
  3. Serve over hot rice.
