Christmas Eve Creamy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips
• 6 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Mix all together in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW until chocolate chips are melted and beverage is hot.
