Cranberry, Feta and Toasted Walnut Salad

Cranberry, Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 (6 ounce) package Oscar Mayer Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts
  • 1 (4 ounce) package Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Planters Walnut Pieces, toasted*
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Tangy Tomato Bacon Dressing

Instructions

  1. Toss greens with cranberries, chicken, cheese and walnuts in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Serve with a slice of whole wheat bread and glass of fat-free milk.

Notes

* How to Toast Walnuts: Spread walnuts in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
