Cranberry, Feta and Toasted Walnut Salad

Cranberry, Feta Salad


  • 1 bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 (6 ounce) package OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts
  • 1 (4 ounce) package ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted*
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Tangy Tomato Bacon Dressing


  1. Toss greens with cranberries, chicken, cheese and walnuts in large salad bowl.
  2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Serve with a slice of whole-wheat bread and glass of fat-free milk.

Prep Time: 10 min | Makes: 4 servings

* How to Toast Walnuts: Spread walnuts in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
