Snowflake Salad

Yield: 10 to 12 servings

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 (9 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 2 (16 ounce) cans fruit cocktail, drained
• 1 (16 ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup diced red maraschino cherries
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup green maraschino cherries, halved (optional)

Instructions

1. Whip cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy.
2. Add whipped topping; mix well.
3. Fold in remaining ingredients except green cherries.
4. Pour into serving dish.
5. Refrigerate for at least 25 minutes.
6. Garnish with green cherries.
