Apricot Mustard Sauce

Yield: 1/2 cup


  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard


  1. Force the preserves through a fine sieve into a small bowl and stir in the mustard.
  2. Transfer the sauce to a portable container and serve at room temperature.
