Creamy Citrus Mayonnaise
Use as a dip for artichokes.
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- Combine all ingredients; cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Yields 7/8 cup.
