Jalapeno Tartar Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
- 4 tablespoons dill pickle, drained and chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a large nonreactive bowl.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let the flavor develop.
