Mint Sauce for Lamb

Serve as a sauce to spoon over lamb.

  • 8 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 tablespoons vinegar


  1. Mix together mint, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in vinegar gradually until sugar is dissolved.
