Sauce for Venison

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon each salt, pepper and cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients. Bring to boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Use warm on meat.
  3. Refrigerate unused portion.
