Sauce for Venison
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon each salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix ingredients. Bring to boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Use warm on meat.
- Refrigerate unused portion.
