Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons minced sweet pickle
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon capers, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour, allowing flavors to blend.
  3. Serve with baked, broiled or fried fish and seafood or salmon or tuna croquettes.

Makes 1 cup.
