- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons minced sweet pickle
- 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon capers, minced (optional)
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, allowing flavors to blend.
- Serve with baked, broiled or fried fish and seafood or salmon or tuna croquettes.
Makes 1 cup.
