Best Cake Brownies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup self-rising flour

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Beat in chocolate syrup and vanilla extract.
4. Add the flour and stir until well blended.
5. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
7. Cool for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
