Heavenly Hash Brownies

Ingredients

Brownies

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 6 1/4 ounces miniature marshmallows

Chocolate Frosting

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Brownies

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla extract.
  2. Melt butter and add cocoa. Add to egg mixture and beat well.
  3. Add nuts.
  4. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. As soon as cake is taken from oven, cover with marshmallows.
  6. Return pan to oven until marshmallows are slightly melted.
  7. Pour Chocolate Frosting over marshmallows and cool before cutting.

Chocolate Frosting

  1. Combine butter, milk and cocoa.
  2. Beat in sugar and vanilla extract.
