Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Cream together butter and confectioners' sugar.
  3. Add salt, vanilla extract, flour and nuts and mix well.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll in additional confectioners' sugar while warm.
