Splatter Dabs

Ingredients

• 1 cup Sourdough Starter
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Mix all and beat. Pour or ladle onto hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles form on top of the splatter dabs.
