Blueberry Delight


This is absolutely divine!






  1. Crust: Cream butter then mix in other ingredients. Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes in 325 degree F oven.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Using mixer cream together cream cheese and sugar; gradually adding the sugar; add vanilla.
  5. Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread onto cooled crust.
  6. Topping: Pour reserved blueberry juice into saucepan.
  7. Add cornstarch and sugar; stir to blend.
  8. Add lemon juice and butter. Heat until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat; add blueberries.
  10. Cool and spread over filling.
