Layer 1: Combine Graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press firmly
into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Layer 2: Beat cream cheese with sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip
topping. Spread over crust. (When I make this layer I just beat the Cool Whip into the cream cheese rather
than fold it in. It gives a more uniform taste.)
Layer 3: Using cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over cream
cheese layer, chill several hours or overnight.
Layer 4: Spread Cool Whip topping over pudding. Garnish with grated chocolate
or nuts, if desired.
