Easter Cookie Pizza


  • 1 (20 ounce) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups jelly beans, small gumdrops, or chopped pastel cream mint kisses
  • 2 tablespoons flaked coconut


  1. Press cookie dough slices into a greased 13-inch pizza pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
  2. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate pieces; drop peanut butter by spoonsful atop chocolate pieces. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over crust. Sprinkle with candy and coconut.
