Mix the cream cheese, ginger green onions, bread crumbs and crab together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray, and push in 1 wonton wrapper
to form a 4-cornered cup (edges will be above the top of the muffin pan). Add
a small teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture into cup and top with 1 shrimp and
a small pinch of shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven when cream cheese mixture has melted
and wonton wrapper has slightly browned.
