- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 pound large scallops
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- Put the white wine into a large saucepan.
- Add the scallops and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Add the chopped garlic.
- Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until scallops are done.
