Bayside Scallops

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 pound large scallops
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic


  1. Put the white wine into a large saucepan.
  2. Add the scallops and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
  3. Add the chopped garlic.
  4. Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until scallops are done.
