Balsamic Lamb Chops

Balsamic Lamb Chops recipe

  • 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Garlic, Herb & Wine Marinade Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Rosemary Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 2 pounds bone-in lamb loin or blade chops, trimmed


  1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar, water, rosemary and mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Place lamb chops in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
  4. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  5. Grill over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
