Balsamic Lamb Chops
These lamb chops are chock full of flavor, without the hassle of confusing or difficult instructions. Turn an everyday cookout into a fine outdoor dining experience with this easy recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Garlic, Herb & Wine Marinade Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Rosemary Leaves
- 1 teaspoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 pounds bone-in lamb loin or blade chops, trimmed
Instructions
- Mix Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar, water, rosemary and mustard in a small bowl.
- Place lamb chops in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- Remove lamb chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
