Sweet Mango Chutney Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sweet mango chutney (Patak’s)
  • 1/2 cup soy sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro


  1. Combine the sweet mango chutney, soy sour cream, lime juice and garlic in a blender container or small, deep bowl, then use a blender or immersion blender to blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small bowl, then stir in the minced cilantro.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
