Savory Brisket
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup black coffee
- 1 (3 pound) brisket
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large Dutch oven, brown meat on all sides.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over brisket.
- Cover and simmer on stove top or in a 325 degrees F oven for 3 to 4 hours, or until tender.
- To serve, slice on the diagonal.
