Barbecued Chicken
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
- 1/2 to 1 cup ketchup
- 1 whole cut chicken or favorite pieces with skin removed
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except chicken. Dip chicken into sauce. Pour remainder over chicken.
- Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch covered casserole at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
