Sweet Pasta


  • 1/2 pound ziti, rigatoni or penne
  • 1 pound ricotta
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Cook pasta al dente.
  2. Mix ricotta with eggs, add remaining ingredients and incorporate them well with cooked pasta.
  3. Place in a buttered 2-quart baking dish and bake about 40 minutes at 375 degrees F or until center is dry.
