  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in artichoke hearts, mushrooms peas and half-and-half. Stir to blend all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
  5. Stir in tortellini until well blended with sauce and heated through.
  6. Sprinkle individual portions with parsley.
