Peach Crisp

Ingredients

  • 5 cups peeled sliced peaches
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Spread peach slices in a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  4. Spread over peach slices.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Top with whipped cream to serve.
