Peach Crisp
Ingredients
- 5 cups peeled sliced peaches
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Spread peach slices in a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Spread over peach slices.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream to serve.
