Bisquick Pie Crust

This recipe is for a baked pie shell.


  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons boiling water


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix Bisquick and butter in a small bowl. Add water; stir vigorously until soft dough forms. Press with floured hands into a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Cool and fill.
