Can't Go Wrong Pie Crusts




  1. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until well blended.
  2. In a 1-cup liquid measure, combine egg, water and vinegar. Using a fork, blend egg mixture into flour mixture.
  3. Divide into equal 3 pieces. Roll out each piece on a lightly floured surface, or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.

Yield: 3 (8-inch) crusts
