Crazy Crust Pumpkin Pie

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, water, shortening and egg. Blend well. Spread batter in deep pie pan.
  2. Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, milk and egg. Beat until well blended.
  3. Carefully spoon filling into center of batter. Do not stir!
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.
