Irresistible Pear Pie



Pie Shell

1 unbaked pie shell




  1. In a large bowl, toss pears with sugar and flour.
  2. Combine sour cream and extracts; add to pear mixture and mix well. Pour into pie shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over pears.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Bake 45 minutes more or until the pears are tender.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
