Japanese Fruit Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients by hand. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes.
