Japanese Fruit Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell


  1. Combine first 6 ingredients by hand. Pour into pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes.
