Loco Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 1/2 ounces cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1 Graham cracker crumb pie crust
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in coconut. Pour into prepared crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes.
Yield: 10 servings.
