Raspberry Pie



Crust and Base




  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar together and pour over crust.
  3. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until set.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Heat raspberries and add sugar. Thicken with cornstarch. Cool.
  6. Spread mixture over filling. Put Cool Whip over all.
  7. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting.
