Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, diced
- 3 tablespoons tapioca
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind or juice
Instructions
- Mix; put into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
