Streusel Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust
  • 4 cups peaches, quartered
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons cream
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Place peaches in pie crust.
  2. Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over peaches.
  3. Mix egg and cream together and pour over peaches and sugar.
  4. Mix brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over peach mixture in pie pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown, and serve warm.
