Macadamia Nut Pie

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts, plus additional for garnish (optional)
  • 9-inch Graham cracker crust


  1. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped cream, then 1 cup macadamia nuts.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  4. Garnish with additional nuts, if desired.
