Pet Milk Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix in a 1 1/2-quart bowl the sugar, flour and
salt.
- Stir in dark corn syrup.
- Beat in eggs,
one at a time.
- Mix in PET Evaporated Milk, pecans
and vanilla extract.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes,
or until firm.
- Cool before serving.
