Pet Milk Pecan Pie


  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry crust
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix in a 1 1/2-quart bowl the sugar, flour and salt.
  3. Stir in dark corn syrup.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Mix in PET Evaporated Milk, pecans and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into crust.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes, or until firm.
  8. Cool before serving.
