Popped Wild Rice




  1. Place oil in a 12-inch, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add a layer of rice and swirl over medium heat until the kernels pop.
  3. Toss with butter, sugar and salt.

Makes about 2 cups.
