Method

  1. Cook macaroni. Drain hot water; rinse, and drain well.
  2. Mix chopped vegetables, mayonnaise or dressing, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder with drained macaroni.
  3. Refrigerate soon after preparation.

Yields 10 to 12 servings.

Will keep several days.
