This delicious sandwich filled with fresh ingredients is perfect for warm summer days.
- 1 Rhodes Mini Baguette, baked following instructions on package
- 3 slices fresh tomato
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella
- 3-4 fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
- Cut baguette in half lengthwise.
- Spread pesto over bottom half of baguette.
- Top with tomato slices, mozzarella slices and basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Cover with baguette top.
