Crabby Club Sandwich
- 2 (8 ounce) packages Louis Kemp Crab Delights
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
- 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 sandwich-size pieces French bread, split
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise and milk.
- Stir in the Crab Delights, bacon and green onions.
- Divide mixture among French bread pieces and top with lettuce and tomato.
