Crabby Club Sandwich



  • 2 (8 ounce) packages Louis Kemp Crab Delights
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 sandwich-size pieces French bread, split
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced


  1. In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise and milk.
  2. Stir in the Crab Delights, bacon and green onions.
  3. Divide mixture among French bread pieces and top with lettuce and tomato.
