Deli Seafood Sandwiches



  • 8 ounces crab flakes or chunks
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 6 uncut round sandwich buns


  1. Shred the crab.
  2. Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion.
  3. Cut top 1/3 off bun.
  4. Hollow out bun to form shell.
  5. Fill with 1/3 cup mixture.
  6. Replace top.
