Deli Seafood Sandwiches
- 8 ounces crab flakes or chunks
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 6 uncut round sandwich buns
- Shred the crab.
- Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion.
- Cut top 1/3 off bun.
- Hollow out bun to form shell.
- Fill with 1/3 cup mixture.
- Replace top.
