Cheesy Sliders


  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 pound Velveeta
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 slider buns


  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and sausage until browned and drain off the grease.
  2. Add Velveeta, onion powder and pepper and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve on slider buns.
