Common School Blueberry Muffins Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease tins.
Sift together dry ingredients; add blueberries to flour mixture
and stir gently.
Mix egg, milk and butter together. Add to flour mixture; mix
only enough to moisten flour. Do not beat. Fill tins 3/4 full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
