High School Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
- If desired: Remove loaf from oven 15 minutes early, cover loaf with ketchup, and continue baking.
