Peanut Butter Candy

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup Graham crack crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Melt the butter and whisk in peanut butter.
  2. Add powdered sugar and mix until incorporated.
  3. Add Graham cracker crumbs; mix well.
  4. Press peanut butter "dough" into an 8 inch square pan (I like to line mine with parchment paper so I can lift the dessert out to cut once it's set).
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, then spread as for frosting.
  6. Let set for 2 to 3 hours to dry.
  7. Slice into squares.


Best not to refrigerate. Will set in about 2 to 3 hours.
