Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie was a school cafeteria favorite! Just the thought of this pie elicits sweet memories.
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- Blend all ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
