Instructions
- Remove the skin from garlic cloves, cut the cloves into slices, and dry them thoroughly at room temperature.
- After the garlic slices have dried, pulverize them in the blender, or cover them with a piece of plastic wrap and pound with a hammer. Or use a mortal and pestle.
