  1. Remove the skin from garlic cloves, cut the cloves into slices, and dry them thoroughly at room temperature.
  2. After the garlic slices have dried, pulverize them in the blender, or cover them with a piece of plastic wrap and pound with a hammer. Or use a mortal and pestle.
  3. Bottle the powder.
